Refund policy

At LakeMall.pk, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!


1. Return Policy

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items on sale or clearance

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, underwear)

  • Customized or personalized products


2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status:

  • If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • In case of COD orders, we’ll refund through bank transfer or store credit.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.


4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@lakemall.pk with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

  2. Our team will guide you through the return shipping process.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
